The Cusco Safety 21 Roll Cage has been designed for the highest level of rigidity with strong and durable 40mm steel piping and are available for a large range of vehicles in many specifications. Cusco's bar layout is designed from their extensive racing experience. Their cage structures are designed based on feedback from the track so the cages work as good as they look.

Constructed from extra tough and strong cold drawn seamless carbon steel
Steel piping 2mm thickness in 40mm diameter throughout
Mount plates over 60cm2 x 2.6mm and reinforce plates at least 120cm2 x 3.2mm
Designed and researched from comprehensive testing and research
A number of models FIA homologated, contact us for further details
Front roll bars designed to not obscure drivers view from inside the car
High rigidity mounts located at base of suspension mounts and rigid parts of the chassis
Mounted in locations that increase body rigidity
Seating capacity maybe restricted on some roll bars

Notes

4-point steel roll bar weighs about 15kg
6-point steel cage weighs about 25kg
8-point steel cage weighs about 32kg
Cages were designed on RHD cars. Modifications may be necessary to fit these in LHD cars.
