Spoon built the Honda Fit GK5 Suspension Set while accumulating data and experience while testing various suspension sets such as winding roads, street driving, time attacks at Tsukuba Circuit and Super Endurance race. What they discovered was that the FIT 3RS could not exceed the normal performance unless the suspension was tuned as a whole.
Spoon developed a damper kit, a progressive spring, a stabilizer, a rear adjusting plate in parallel, and realized steering stability and high driving performance which further advanced the total balance over the standard car.
