Tomei - Reinforced Conrod Bolts
The burden of the Con Rod bolt will be gaining remarkably due to the raise of the engine rotation from tuning or the rise of gas pressure. Moreover, in the long stroke modified tuning engine, piston speed will rise and much severe load will be added. Reinforced Con Rod bolt is the performance parts which improves the reliability of the core of the equipment without exchanging a Con Rod main part. Applying forged SCN440 material for its head part, and the screw part is specially produced with rotating process after it received heat treatment. It also realized to corresponding to long stroke modification and reducing its weight by applying wedged shape at the bolt head. TOMEI reinforced Con Rod bolt can be used either with stock Con Rod to raise its reliability or in the regular engine overhaul.

About Tomei
Tomei was founded in 1968 by members of the Johoku Riders motorcycle club, among them Nissan works driver Seiichi Suzuki. It began as a racing engine builder for Nissan engines only, and its work on the Nissan L-series and later the RB and SR engines made its name. The company took the name Tomei Powered when it moved to Machida, Tokyo, in 1994.
Tomei now develops parts for many Japanese engines, Mitsubishi, Subaru and Toyota as well as Nissan: camshafts, valve train parts, pistons, connecting rods and crankshafts, complete engines, and exhaust systems such as its well-known Expreme titanium range.
